twenty five and a half

I’ve had some interesting conversations about the quarter-century life crisis ever since I posted about it back when I turned 25. Some say it’s all an illusion, almost a self-fulfilling prophecy once they hear about it. Others say it’s a definite thing that everyone goes through whether they realize it or not. And there are those who are like, “Oh, you’re 25? You look so young!”

Reading over the previous post I wrote, I don’t believe much has changed for me. I said I wanted to continue blogging, thrifting, and traveling, in spades, which is what I’m doing. And I think most seem to be in constant state of what-the-hell-am-I-doing-with-my-life, regardless of age. So I almost take comfort in the fact that it’s not just a quarter-century life crisis; it’s just a constant, never-ending, persistent, mildly annoying, forever crisis. As long as I’m in comfy pants and there’s a coffee shop within the vicinity, I might just be okay with that.
